I'll admit it, I am totally obsessed with blushes! They are one of my favorite makeup products. No matter how many I have, I still find the need to buy more. In this post I am going to share with you my top favorite blushes from my collection as of right now.
1. Benefit Coralista- This is my favorite boxed powder from all of the shades Benefit offers. I love that it is not super pigmented so it's super easy to swipe and go without having to be too careful with it. Also since I have very fair skin, it looks very natural. I'm not sure if you can tell from the swatch but it gives off a beautiful glow to the skin as well.
2. Benefit Benetint- Another Benefit product!!! I love using this in the fall and winter months because it gives the most natural blush, like you've been outside jumping in leaves or having a snowball fight. Because it's a stain it can be kind of hard to work with and you have to work VERY quickly with it. I like to apply three dots to my cheek and just blend it in with my fingers.
3. Hourglass Ambient Lighting Blush in Luminous Flush- I am a newbie to the Hourglass products. I had heard so much hype about these blushes so I bit the bullet and picked up a few. This blush is probably one of the softest blushes I have ever swatched. The color is the perfect coral for my skin and love that they swirled an Ambient Lighting Powder into the blush. I feel like it gives the blush a beautiful finish on the skin but doesn't take away from the pigmentation. I will definitely be picking up more in the future.
4. Tarte Amazonian Clay 12 Hour Blush in Magic- This blush was limited edition a few years ago in their holiday collection but I think this is my all time favorite blush! It is so smooth and creamy and pigmented. I only need the tiniest amount. I love that this blush is matte but the color gives me such healthy and fresh looking skin. I love that the packaging gives you the color of the product. I love these blushes and highly recommend them.
5. NARS Super Orgasm- This was my first purchase ever from Sephora. It was kind of on impulse (which is why I chose the one with excessive amounts of glitter) but it still works. I love this color so much. It looks great on me as well as everyone else I've used it on. The color works so well with my skin. The glitter is really chunky and annoying but I tap my brush off before I apply and almost of of the glitter falls right off.
6. MAC Prolongwear Blush in Stay Pretty- I purchased this blush from a CCO (COsmetic Company Outlet) so I have no idea if this is limited edition or not. I absolutely love it! It is the most beautiful warm pink blush I have come across. Since I love using warm eye shadows, this blush works with almost any look I am doing. I love the formula of this blush as well and prefer it over the regular formula. It's the prefect every day blush.
7. MAC Powder Blush in Fleet Fast- I know that this blush is limited edition (from the Hey, Sailor collection a few summers ago) but it is just a beautiful color. I'm sure MAC has something similar is their permanent line but I had to include this because it comes back out every spring and summer. It is similar on my skin to Coralista but it's darker and less shimmery.
Okay, those are my favorite blushes! What are some of your favorite blushes? Comment below and let me know!
