The first thing I purchased was what they call a Kandy Bag (pictured above). The Kandy Bag includes a bottle of Liquid Sugar (their glitter base), a jar of Sprinkles (glitter), and a brush. I’m not sure how much they go for but I think it’s around $25. I loved it so much that I bought more glitters from them over the next few years.
Last year, I stopped by their booth for the third year in a row and I was talking to the girls working there. They told me that the glitters are 100% safe and won’t sting or cause any problems if they get in your eyes. I have found this to be completely true. I use them on my eyes all the time and I’ve never had any problems.
Their glitter base, liquid Sugar, is just great and so easy to use. All you have to do is dip your brush into the Liquid Sugar, dip it into the glitter, and then put it anywhere your little heart desires. Using the Liquid Sugar gives me the control to put the glitter where I want it and it stays in place all day. I don’t have any problems with the glitter falling on my face throughput the day. I use them all over my lids and as eyeliner but their possibilities are endless. The girls at the Eye Kandy booth used the glitters on their nails, lips, and even on tattoos!
I love this company has so many options of glitter, so many colors and even different sizes of glitter from super fine to chunky. I want to own every color.
I currently own 17 of the glitters (told you I love them):
- Honey Drop (light gold champagne)
- Candy Coin (true gold)
- Candy Corn (orange bronze)
- Toffee (bronze)
Second Row (left to right):
- Marshmellow (iridescent white)
- Confetti (holographic silver)
- Licorice Stick (dark grey)
- Black Bart (black)
Third Row (left to right):
- Double Bubble (medium rose pink)
- Jelly Bean ( pink purple with blue reflects)
- Tiny Tart (medium lilac)
- Sour Grape (bright grape purple)
Fourth Row (left to right):
- Gumdrop (light blue lavender)
- Sour Blast (bright light blue)
- Spearmint (blue green)
- Mad Melon (medium green)
Last Row:
- Gumball (deep dark purple)
If you are even slightly interested, I HIGHLY recommend these glitters. They are great and I won't use any other glitters on my eyes or body.
