This last month I found out that my dad is beginning to discuss renovating our bathroom and when that happens, the tub will be replaced with a shower only. I am very sad about this but I know it is more cost effective because I am the only one in the house that uses the tub. I am really focusing on working through my bath products because I have a lot. I am dwindling my stash slowly but surely.
Now, let's move on to the products I have decluttered this month.
Covergirl So Lashy Mascara- I was very surprised that I didn't really like this mascara because I have had such good luck with Covergirl mascaras. There wasn't anything really wrong with this mascara, it just didn't do what I really want a mascara to do. It was great for separating my lashes and adding some length. It did not add any volume so my lashes just looked sparse and I don't like that look personally. I love more dramatic lashes.
Lavanilla The Healthy Deodorant in Vanilla Lavender and Pure Vanilla- I am all for healthier and more natural products that aren't full of so many harmful chemicals. I got these in a set from Sephora forever ago. I just don't like them. I feel like they don't really smell that good and they just don't work for me. I personally need an antiperspirant not just a deodorant. Maybe I had high expectations but I was just not impressed.
Bare Minerals Eyeshadow in Moss and Celestine- I have no problems with these shadows. They are so sparkly and beautiful. I chose to get rid of them because I honestly don't reach for them very often and if I do, I will almost always choose to use Nude Beach over these two. I am so over products just sitting around in my collection not being used. I passed them along and don't regret it one bit.
Now for my favorite part, progress pictures!
We are moving into cooler weather where I live and I am curious how everyone is switching up their project pans or makeup in general as the seasons shift. I am working on finishing up my more "spring and summer" products so I can start working on my more fall and winter shades. I still have some goals to cross of my list for the year, so I will be working hard to achieve as many of them as possible!
