First Aid Beauty Ultra Repair Cream
I have a big old tub of this stuff that I have had for such a long time that I am not even half done with. This is a very thick and moisturizing cream that I like to use on certain areas of my face when they get super dry. I have also used this on my elbows and knees as well. I think this product is really great and this little baby tube is too cute! If you would like to read my full review, please click here! This retails for $6.
Elizabeth Mott Queen of the Fill Tinted Brow Gel in Light/Medium
Recently I have been really liking using a tinted brow gel to fill in my brows. I find that they are very easy to just swipe in your brows and you are done. I have never tried anything from this brand before so I am excited to try this product out. The brush looks like it's a good size and the color looks like it'll work for me. This retails for $20!
NYX Trio in Ipsy
This is a cute little trip that I will definitely get use out of. This is a special trio made for Ipsy but I am sure NYX has another trio that is similar. The first shade is a champagne gold shade that has a lot of shimmer. The second shade is a shimmery coppery warm brown. The last shade is a black that had a little bit of shimmer in it. I have owned some of these trios before and they are very soft to the touch. I don't find that these are super pigmented and I find that no matter what the finish is, they all end up looking like satin shades. I am just not the biggest fan of these eye shadows but they are good where drug store eye shadows are concerned. The NYX trios retail for $6.
J. Cat Beauty Waterproof Slide On Pencil in Bronze
I have gotten quite a few product from this brand in the past. I haven't been all that excited about them to be honest. This is a really pretty bronze eyeliner that would be perfect for the summer or the fall. I don't have many bronze eyeliners so this will be a nice addition to my collection. I haven't worn this on my eyes yet but I did swatch it on m hand. Let me just say that the swatch did NOT move. I scrubbed over it with my finger to try to smudge it and it wouldn't budge. This is very affordable at $2.49.
Garnier Fructis Sleek & Shine Sleek Primer Style Prep
I was very surprised to find this product in my bag because it's full size. I honestly don't use many hair products besides shampoo and conditioner and occasionally detangler, heat protectant, dry shampoo, and hair spray. I am very low maintenance with my hair because it honestly doesn't need much. This is actually a new product that is a heat protectant and style extender mixed together. Like I said I don't do much to my hair and I rarely style it. I might try this out but i will probably end up giving it to someone who can get more use out of it then I will. This product retails for $4.29 (give or take a few dollars depending where you purchase it from).
Total Value of Bag: 38.78!
Like I said at the beginning of this post, I am toying with the idea of canceling my subscription to Ipsy. Most of the products I end up getting rid of because I am not interested or they just don't work for me. I haven't made a decision yet.
How do you feel about Ipsy? What subscriptions are you subscribed to? Which ones would you recommend? Let me know in a comment!
