I started using the Dermalogica Precleanse first. I wasn't using it as a makeup remover per say, but that was a benefit of using it prior to cleansing. I did find that it didn't remove all of my eye makeup and I would have to go back in with makeup remover. I didn't really expect it to remove everything because it is not marketed as an eye makeup remover.
The MAC Cleanse Off Oil is a different story. This product is marketed as a makeup remover and it definitely does remove my makeup. I was very skeptical of this product because of all the hype it was receiving on Youtube. Thank goodness I decided to give it a try.
Unlike the Precleanse, the Cleanse Off oil removed everything! I've experimented to see how well it worked and it took off glitter, water-proof mascara, and tons of gel eye liner with absolutely no problem. This product is just fabulous and I refuse to be without it!
